The published record is smaller than SLU-PP-332's. One 2026 pharmacology paper describes the compound and its exercise-capacity effects in mice, one 2024 heart paper tested both compounds in a mouse heart failure model, and one 2026 analytical paper maps its metabolism in human liver preparations for doping control. All of the efficacy work comes from the laboratory that designed it. No human data of any kind exist.
Everything downstream of the mouse work is unknown: human pharmacokinetics, whether oral exposure in people resembles the mouse profile, chronic tolerability, and whether the metabolic benefits reported for SLU-PP-332 carry over to this analog. Independent replication has not been published. No first-in-human study is registered. Until one is, every dose taken outside a laboratory is an uncontrolled experiment.
