Exercise mimetics in the ERR agonist family switch on estrogen-related receptors, which control the genes that let muscle burn fat and build endurance. SLU-PP-332 and SLU-PP-915 are research chemicals that made mice run farther and lose fat, and neither has been given to people in a published trial. No human side effects are known because no human studies exist, and the animal studies were short. The key safety point is that these compounds are sold online as research chemicals with no human safety data at all.
