Healing and signaling peptides (research use)

Healing and signaling peptides are short amino acid chains studied for tissue repair, inflammation, brain function, and sleep, and none is approved by the FDA. BPC-157, GHK-Cu, semax, KPV, and DSIP are sold online and by compounders for injury recovery, skin aging, cognition, gut inflammation, and sleep. Side effects in people are mostly unstudied beyond injection-site reactions and nausea in small reports. The key safety point is that the FDA has flagged several of them as unsuitable for compounding because of unknown safety, immune reactions, and impurity concerns.
