Peptavo AI Terms of Service

These Peptavo AI Terms of Service ("AI Terms") are a binding agreement between you and The Stack Source LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Peptavo and as Bioavailable ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Peptavo AI assistant, wherever it is offered, including inside the Peptavo dashboard at peptavo.com and inside the Peptavo AI tab of our community on Whop (together, the "AI Service").

The AI Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, the Peptavo Terms of Service, the Bioavailable Terms of Service, and the Peptavo AI Privacy Policy. If the AI Terms conflict with any of those documents, the AI Terms control for the AI Service. Version: October 9, 2026.

Please read these AI Terms carefully. The AI Service is an automated system. Its output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, invented, or misattributed. It is general education only and is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You bear every risk of relying on or acting on its output. These AI Terms contain a release, a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, an indemnity, and a binding individual arbitration clause with a class action waiver.

You accept the AI Terms by ticking the acceptance box the AI Service presents before first use. We record the date and time, the surface you accepted from, your network address, and your browser identifier as evidence of that acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the AI Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use the AI Service on behalf of a practice, clinic, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization. You may use the AI Service only while you hold an active Peptavo course account or an active membership in our community, and only through the interfaces we provide.

2. What the AI Service Is

The AI Service is a retrieval-based assistant. It searches text we have extracted from Peptavo course slides, lectures, and Bioavailable videos, and it asks a third-party large language model to compose an answer from the excerpts it finds, along with links to those sources. A small number of recurring questions receive a fixed, dated answer we wrote in advance. No clinician, pharmacist, or other professional reviews any answer before you see it.

3. AI Output May Be Inaccurate

Large language models produce text that reads as confident whether or not it is correct. Output from the AI Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, internally inconsistent, or wholly invented. It may misstate a dose, a route, a contraindication, an interaction, a regulatory status, or a mechanism. It may cite a source that does not say what the answer claims, or omit a source that would change the answer. The underlying course material itself reflects the opinions of its presenters at the time of recording and may be superseded by later evidence, labeling, or law.

You agree to independently verify any output against primary sources, current product labeling, applicable law, and your own professional judgment before relying on it in any way. You agree not to treat the presence of a source link as confirmation that the answer is correct.

4. Not Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice; No Clinician-Patient Relationship

The AI Service provides general educational information only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not recommend any therapy, compound, dose, or protocol for any person. Nothing the AI Service produces is medical advice, legal advice, pharmacy advice, regulatory advice, or any other professional advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for the judgment of a licensed professional who has examined a patient and knows that patient's history.

No physician-patient, clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship is created between you and us, or between any patient of yours and us, by your use of the AI Service. If you are a licensed professional, your own licensure, scope of practice, standard of care, institutional policies, and professional judgment govern every decision you make, and the AI Service is at most one unverified input to that judgment. If you are not a licensed professional, do not act on any output without consulting one.

5. Your Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of, reliance on, or action taken because of the AI Service or its output. That risk includes, without limitation: injury, illness, adverse reaction, or death of any person; a patient outcome of any kind; the acquisition, compounding, prescribing, dispensing, administration, or sourcing of any substance; a violation of any law, regulation, licensing rule, payer requirement, or institutional policy; and any financial, professional, or reputational loss. You alone decide whether and how to use any output, and you are solely responsible for every such decision.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • enter any protected health information, patient-identifiable information, or personal information about any person other than yourself;
  • use the AI Service to diagnose, treat, or make a clinical decision about any specific patient without independent professional verification;
  • attempt to extract, override, or bypass the AI Service's instructions, safety behavior, retrieval limits, or question allowances, including through prompt injection;
  • access the AI Service by any automated means, scrape or bulk-export its output, or use its output to train or evaluate any machine learning model;
  • resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute output or course material surfaced by the AI Service, or present output as your own professional work product without disclosure;
  • use the AI Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of any person; or
  • share your credentials or allow anyone else to use your access.

7. Inputs and Outputs; Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the questions and other content you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and analyze your Inputs and the resulting answers ("Outputs") as needed to operate, secure, enforce, diagnose, and improve the AI Service, as described in the AI Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with the AI Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Outputs for your own educational purposes. Outputs are generated by an automated system and may be similar or identical to Outputs produced for others; we make no claim that any Output is unique, and you may not assert exclusive rights in any Output against us or any other user.

8. Allowances, Availability, and Changes

The AI Service is subject to question limits that vary by account type and may change at any time. We may modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue the AI Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you for doing so. We do not guarantee that the AI Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

The AI Service, its software, prompts, retrieval indexes, preset answers, and all course slides, lectures, videos, transcripts, and other material it draws on are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited license in Section 7, no rights are granted to you, and you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute course material surfaced by the AI Service.

10. Third-Party AI Providers

To generate answers, the AI Service transmits your Inputs, the retrieved course excerpts, and recent conversation context to third-party model and infrastructure providers, which may include Anthropic, OpenRouter, and the providers behind them. Those providers process that data under their own terms and policies. We do not control how any model behaves, and we are not responsible for any act or omission of a third-party provider or for any Output a model produces.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE AI SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, CURRENCY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY US OR THROUGH THE AI SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY.

12. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge The Stack Source LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, instructors, presenters, contractors, licensors, and third-party providers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of every kind, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the AI Service or any Output, including claims based on negligence, misinformation, inaccuracy, omission, or personal injury. If you reside in a jurisdiction that limits general releases of unknown claims, you waive the benefit of that limitation to the extent permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AI SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AI SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR THE AI SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN AND APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, demand, suit, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the AI Service or any Output; (b) your Inputs; (c) any clinical, prescribing, dispensing, sourcing, or business decision you make or influence after using the AI Service; (d) any claim by a patient, client, employer, licensing body, or other third party relating to your use of the AI Service; or (e) your breach of the AI Terms or of any law. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any suspected breach of the AI Terms. Your access also ends when your course account or community membership ends. Sections 3 through 7 and 10 through 19 survive any termination.

16. Governing Law; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

The AI Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the AI Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights, which may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the AI Terms or the AI Service will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Austin, Texas, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You and we further agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and that you and we each waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding, and waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or to preside over any representative proceeding. If the class action waiver in this section is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim alone will proceed in court and the remainder of this section will continue to apply. Any judicial proceeding not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

17. Changes to These AI Terms

We may revise the AI Terms at any time. The version date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If we make a material change, the AI Service will ask you to accept the new version before you can continue using it, and your acceptance will be recorded in the same way as your first acceptance. Continued use after a non-material change constitutes acceptance of that change.

18. General

The AI Terms, together with the documents they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the AI Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous statement about it, including any statement in a lesson, webinar, email, community post, or marketing material. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the AI Terms; we may assign them without restriction. Any claim arising out of or relating to the AI Service must be filed within one year after it accrues or it is permanently barred. Notices to you may be given through the AI Service, the Peptavo dashboard, the community, or the email on your account.
